1. Collaborate & Design
We apply your vision, lifestyle and dreams to create a fully custom home design, with many design options and selections, supported by detailed drawings, elevations and renders.
2. Selection of Finishes
Choose your preferred materials, colours, fixtures, and finishes with our guidance and samples—creating a home that’s uniquely yours. We have base options available, or can accommodate fully customised selections and formalise build cost.
3. Approval & Build
We complete thermal evaluation reports, prepare and manage council approvals, and once approval is attained, we commence construction of your home.
4. Site Works & External Services
We can also coordinate site civil works, footings, and all service connections, including solar panels, battery systems, and external features such as decking, verandas, rainwater tanks, and reuse reticulation. Alternatively, these works can be managed independently by you or your preferred contractors.
Approximately 10 Months from Approval to Completion.
Our building process is designed to make the journey to your new home inclusive, seamless and reassuring. From the initial design consultation and selections process through to final handover, we coordinate site works and arrange service connections with regular communication and progress updates. Supported by experienced tradespeople and a clearly documented process, the entire experience remains smooth, predictable and on time and budget.
