At Wattle Homes we build all our homes locally in Australia and they are purpose designed and built for the Australian lifestyle and environment. We focus on using predominantly Australian made materials and local tradespersons and professionals. All of our homes are designed internally by Wattle Homes drafters and engineers, and are architecturally tailored to suit each customers requirements built to the minimum standards of the Building Code Australia (BCA). Our own dedicated professional staff and tradespeople have years of building industry experience whom all take a proactive part in building our homes.
As this is our business and our future, our team has a collective strong focus towards ensuring that all our homes meet the highest quality standards. Our homes are built second to none with a strong focus to detail.
Designing and engineering all our homes in-house, your dream home is individually tailored to suit your living style, land topography requirements such highly sloping blocks, high corrosion resistant coastal conditions or high cyclonic wind load conditions.
Construction and installation of a Wattle Home can occur within 10 months from placement of an order and all our homes are constructed and finished prior to them leaving our assembly yard which eliminates any on-site work other than terminations to supply services (and support footings).
Our designs and finish selection options are unlimited to meet your custom requirements, where every design is the result of genuine collaboration with our Clients to ensure a harmonious match with their sites landscape, lifestyle and budget requirements.
