Our modular homes are built using fabricated steel structures which are purpose designed to seamlessly integrate together to create our uniform structure. Our building frames are created as durable welded structural frames which allows us to build strong, versatile and non conventionally shaped structures and configurations. This means that our homes can be craned and placed onto any landscape or extremely tight locations (even craned over existing buildings) which is not possible with other conventional transportable / modular homes. Our frame design and construction also allows the modules to be stacked on one another to create multistorey structures; therefore reducing the overall footprint of the home.

Our homes feature expansive 2.7 mtr high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and doors that invite the surrounding panorama indoors, seamlessly blending with nature and the countryside.
A special feature of our transportable buildings is that we construct them from all-welded heavy steel frames, providing guaranteed long-term corrosion resistance, especially in coastal areas. The strength of these steel frames allows our homes to be lifted into tight or inaccessible locations, such as on top of piles or steep slopes. Our buildings are highly thermally efficient, featuring double-glazed windows and doors, insulated aerated panel flooring, solar panels, and battery systems as standard.
